Poll: Why you got a 360

Well the PS3 costs too much ad there arn't enough games to make me want to spend that much and I don't want the the wii because I wanted better graphics then it could support. So only the 360 was left (I also already have a pc to game on aswell).

At launch, there wasn't all too much to be excited about ... Condemned, maybe.
but when THE GAME came out, I ran out and bought a 360.

Well, originally I got one because it was the first console of this generation, then that died and I bought an elite because my PS3 still wasn't up to scratch. Now the only reason I have one is for Mass Effect 2 & 3. Damn you Bioware, damn you and your wholegrain goodness.

Resident Evil 5. It's the only real reason I joined this gen of consoles. Why not just play it on your pc/play it on a ps3? Why buy the xbox 360 version? Why not.

alot of people were just to impatient to wait for the PS3, want both consoles or simply prefer the 360

i have a PS3 because its my preference, i like the controller etc. ive played the 360 at a freinds house and its really just the same. the 3rd party games are identical but i have to say that LBP and MGS4 make the PS3 that bit better. i think the community on 360 is more vocal but they also talk more crap although PSN is getting like that as well.

they are basically equal but in my opinion the PS3 is marginally better

I got it for Oblivion, Fable 2, and BK3. Surprisingly, the first 2 disappointed me, and I got into FPS in an ironic turn of events.

I got one because it actually had games I wanted to play when it came out, unlike the PS3/Wii. Didn't care about Blu-ray and thought (still do) that motion control was going to be a gimmick/fad. Cost was a factor as well.

I got a 360 because of a better controller (pretty important considering I need it to play the actual games), better exclusives to me at least, better on line sevices, and cheaper.

Because the 360 came out first. Now i'm on my third and this is about to die. On the bright side, i'm getting an xbox360 elite and a ps3 tomorrow
