I already saw this in the news a while ago. They had already stated that the horse was already old and about to die and they put it down quickly and humanely therefore it did not constitute animal abuse. Only after they put it down did the woman have the crazy (and mean CRAZY) idea of stripping down and climbing inside it. She did not break any laws in what she did, but she did do something completely disgusting and should probably get some help form a psychiatrist or something.

As said, animal abuse if already a crime.

Beyond that, since there's nothing indicating abuse in this case, well... I do have a burger in my hands as we speak, I don't see the problem.

Stripping down and climbing in is pretty fucking weird, but irrelevant beyond that.

What do you think, should this be a crime?
No. She bought an old horse not far off from death and killed it humanely. Im sure most people wouldnt do this, but she wasnt torturing the thing.

Han Solo covered Luke in the entrails of his Ton-ton and no one said it was disgusting or a crime.

Congratulations, you have genuinely made me feel ill by sharing this horrific story with me.
As for your question, it's animal cruelty, the horse was killed for no reason other than pleasure, then had its corpse desecrated, it's sick =/

but that's my opinion, nobody has to share it.

She's really hot too, what the fuck?

edit: if you read the story, the horse was 32 years old(very old in horse years), and was scheduled to be killed already, and they killed it humanely with no pain. The chick is batshit insane but she really didn't break any laws, stop making a big deal.

Huh, I saw those pictures, thought they were older. Who in god's name would willingly connect themselves to that sort of thing? I mean, legality issues aside, I can't imagine that she'll be able to walk around town without getting some very funny looks, let alone buy a pet ever again. She's pretty much going to be forever known as "that whore that likes the feeling of horse guts rubbing gently against her genitals." I sure hope she wasn't living in a small town, otherwise something tells me "Pariah" my not be a strong enough word.

Well, they apparently killed it humanely before climbing inside of it so...

...Fuck, I don't even know. Why the everloving name of James Brown would you want to climb inside of a dead horse!?

Well I don't think it's Illegal (in fact they said it isn't), but it's very, very creepy. Though, as the internet has taught me, people will do anything. I don't think I've ever actually fantasised about going all Luke Skywalker and getting inside a horse carcass, but I'm sure many people have.

At least she didn't hollow the Horse out and use it as a Halloween costume. Though that would be very frightening.

Animal abuse is already a crime.
Animal corpse desecration however, is not.
If it was a crime then we would have to stop eating them.

It depends why the horse died. If it died of neglect or abuse, then of course it's a crime. If it died naturally or was humanely killed for a decent reason then... well, no. It's not a crime to eat a horse, so whatever.

Either way, it's creepy.

Silly people.
But no, nothing worth punishing, just an infringement of some peoples moral values which are extremely subjective to begin with, and therefore cannot be(or rather shouldn't be) taken into account, ever.
It's not like they actually tortured the horse while it was alive. Once somethings dead, their carcass ceases to be them.

I still consider the person in question kind of stupid, but hey, to each his or her own.

People just got on line with this. I've seen that photo set multiple times in the last month or so. And if they bought the horse then there is no reason to punish them, if they didn't then just sue 'em for what they did.

Shock art: when you can't succeed on artistic merit alone.

Disgusting, revolting, appalling, and other such words.

The horse wasn't tortured, it was put down. From that point forward it's just meat. And there is no law prohibiting you from playing with your meat. I don't see a reason why that crazy (crazy in the best possible meaning of the word) chick should be charged with anything.

Besides, it's really hot that she has the guts to do such a thing.

Creepy? Definitely.

Illegal? No.

We can't arrest people based on things that we personally find distasteful. Nothing objectively morally wrong was done. The horse was old and infirm and sick, and it was killed humanely. Absolutely, mind-bogglingly, what-the-sweet-fuck level weird, for sure, but nothing that is actually WRONG happened here. We do worse stuff daily, we've just stripped out the stigma from it.

Have to agree with this. The horse wasn't hurt any more than any hamburger we eat as far as we can tell. It was for personal use and not for sale so the meat doesn't get contaminated. However it is rather disgusting to want to feel how it's like to be inside a dead horse.
