Hard to say how I feel about this. She did kill it humanely but I still think the horse didn't have to die. Now her gutting it and playing around with its organs. ***** be fucking loony.

A crime or not, that woman is pretty fucking messed up in the head. Who in the hell does she think she is, Bear Grylls?

why the hell not? It's her life.
This seems to be the presiding opinion in this thread.

Normally I'm all for "if they're not really hurting anyone, what's the problem?". However, I take objection in this case. I don't care what you say, this girl is obviously downright nuts, and she's roaming free on the same planet as me. That's what concerns me.
If this is the worst kind of nutter present, then I must've taken a wrong turn somewhere, and ended up in Utopia.
agreed. wayyyy more fucked up shit happens all the time, yeah is it a little bit fuckin weird and how would she come to the conclusion to do that, NUDE even? idk, but do i care? not really at all, she put the horse down humanely to eat..don't see much problem here.

It's really, really fucked up (she's got issues....) but if the death was quick, no animal abuse laws were violated. And I can't imagine there are laws against being naked on your own property out of sight from the general populace.

I don't especially see why, unless they didn't kill it in a humane way.

Personally, I think it is a bit of a waste, but it was also an obvious publicity stunt. It clearly worked.

Still, she'd probably look pretty hot if she wasn't covered in blood and assorted horse organs.

Well, maybe it's not fair coming from me since I would take a horse over a human any day.
Wait... what?
I hope you mean as non-sexual company... or it's a really terrible joke.

I'm slightly confused by your tangent here. Am I supposed to respond in some way?

The morality point - also well worded and rational, but one I disagree with. Morality IS subjective, but on the point of pointless corpse desecration, there is something objectively wrong with this.
I wonder if you can prove this.

If not, I'll have to assume you made it up.
If I can prove there is something objectively wrong with corpse desecration? Alright. You prove that it's objectively right not to shoot people in the kneecaps and I'll prove it's objectively wrong to desecrate their corpse afterwards.

so apparently the horse was already dead. in that case, although it sure is a tiny bit disgusting, no harm done.

i mean, i didn't just pose like i was going to take a bite of horse meat, i actually DID. after i have fried it. i even put potatoes and vegetables around the meat.
sick, eh?

(although her behaviour really sounds at least borderline pathologic to me... i mean, climb inside a carcass and "ornate" oneself with organs and blood and stuff? eww.)

She might not have broken any laws, but if she's not a serial killer in the making I don't know who is. Or maybe she's just... AN EXCITABLE GIRL!

After 10 long years they let her out of the home
Excitable girl, they all said
She murdered a horse, snapped a pic in its bones
Excitable girl, they all said
Well, she's just an excitable girl

But seriously, she's a sick person.

Nope, you're not required to reply.

Wouldn't call it a tangent though. It's a pretty straightforward response.

if killed just to do this then yes it is a crime because that's animal abuse, if the horse died from something such as old age or a sickness then the person is just crazy. Situation matter but in this one, yes, she is guilty of animal abuse.

In the eyes of the law, this should be no worse than wearing a leather jacket. She wrapped herself inside of a dead animal, we do it a lot with fur and leather. She just did it in a very unsanitary, morbid way. I would never do it, and I wouldn't hang out with people that do that, but I don't think it should be illegal.

Makes me think of 2 girls 1 cup. Should it be illegal? Of course not. Is it disgusting? Yeah, fairly disgusting. Can't imagine it's healthy to do it either, but that's your choice.

It's just that my criteria for a "straightforward response" includes relevance. I opined that the girl was nuts. Nowhere did I say that she was "the worst kind of nutter". Nor would I.

Your strawman is very flammable.

Im not seeing the issue. The horse was old and ailing and this was the humane thing to do really (killing it wise).

now thats interesting what she did with it, but hey, she basically just re enacted the star wars scene.
