Speaking from experience, having the loose skin on your privates being meshed between the cold steel teeth of a zipper.

However, every guy I know that's had kidney stones says it is agonising and that peeing them out was the worst pain they've ever felt.

Kidney stone.

There are acids and whatnot that can help break them down, but at the end of the day the only thing you can do is piss a rock.

Groin kick is painful, as is a migraine, but they are nothing compared to a kidney stone.

Imagine a rock lodged in your urethra that you have to piss out.

Yeah boy... You aren't sitting comfortably.

Oh, and the catheter thing is overblown (no pun) and has more to do with male psychology. I do them daily and have had one done on me.
LOL! I remember my friend who was a nurse saying to me that she had a male patient remove a catheter without deflating it first. Apparently the look on my face was priceless.

Kidney Stones, no question.

Anyone who has said groin kick, has never had kidney stones. It is the closest male equivalent to giving birth. We are talking soccer ball through a garden hose feeling here. My poor uncle...

Ok, two answers to start with:
1) Anyone who doesn't know the worst female pain really needs to chat with one.
2) Putting women isn't fair or true.

Is it an ache, a tear, a rend or a crack? What's the worst pain the male body can take?

[Assuming that each of them lasts the same amount of time]

For added discussion; if you had to describe the pain without referencing the body part (as if it was to someone over the phone), how would you describe it?
Two words: Kidney stone.

Incredibly, mind numbingly, horribly painful.

For part two, a sharp, pulsating, stabbing burn.

I haven't experienced what most would consider the worst pain. However, getting kicked in the nards and a migraine are two pretty bad ones.

Also, having your Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tear in half while running is excruciatingly painful.

From personal experience, constipation.
Protip, EAT FIBRE. Seriously. Those wheat bisciuts are there for a reason.

I have heard the single worst pain one can endure is a broken femur (thigh bone), which is the biggest bone in your body (despite some guys' claim that something else in the same general area is).

Out of what I can remember feeling, my "brown hole" took a considerable cut by an oversized poopie sporting a piece of corn on the edge (which despite how much you chew, somehow seems to rebuild itself in your belly and always ALWAYS is on the edge). The stretching plus the unexpected sharpness of the corn, plus having to endure it long enough to get the rest out was not fun to say the least.
Twas far worse than the time I was cut by my katana (got careless while cleaning it and sliced me finger pretty good, it bleed for quite a long time but didn't really hurt) and recently when I was cut by a machete (stabbed it into wood, hand slipped off the handguard and the blade got my finger).

Danglies in a Zipper.

I don't even want to imagine what that would feel like. I mean it's your JUNK, caught in a CLOSED ZIPPER. >___<
i imagine it would feel like 10 or so tiny sharp clamps, shutting one after the other in quick succession.

i think the worst part of that wouldnt be the pain though, its the blood. my cousin had done this before, and he said as soon as he saw the blood he nearly fainted, but instead started crying.

god im cringing now.

Other - Toothache's. I've taken half the things on the list (Migraine, ball kick, danglie in the zipper, and brain freeze) and could take dislocation, albeit with some cursing, not too sure about kidney stones, but man, toothaches are the only kind of pain to ever have brought me to tears.

Migraine (Eye-clawing painful thinking)
Brain Freeze (Icicle pushed through the brain)
Danglies in a zipper (Serrated nausea)
Groin Kick (Nerve yanking)
Dislocation [Hernia] (Sickening crunch)
Kidney Stones (Internal spikes)
Growing Pain (Spine/rib tearing)

Those in bold, I have never felt. I never get headaches, always take care with danglies, never broken a bone or dislocated, never had a kidney stone, and didn't really have growing pains even though I'm over 6 foot. Yay me!
