Perfection? Have you looked at your blueprints lately? No architect in the world would sign off on that support structure.
I'd replace pretty much my entire skeleton, starting with the spine. I'll take 150 years of no back pain. Definitely a calculator and a modem, but not wireless. I'd like to have a physical connection I can sever if I want to. And some repair and augmentation nanites. Have them police up those prions and free radicals and precancerous cells, oh my! Viva La Robolution!

Dunno maybe, I was kind of thinking of more putting stuff like cutlery and bottle openers in the finger rather than a massive knife. Although a knife finger would be cool.

I consider my father-in-law to be a cyborg.... artificial hip, artificial knees, prototype synthetic heart " that has a usb port too !!!!!!!" and several plates in his arms, and back.

Im just waiting till he goes in to get a thermal imaging scanner for his eyes, and replaces his fingers with small rocket cannons.
