I would probably lose the keys to the miracle cupboard, vomit over the United Nations, hit on some nuns, and then pass out on Jupiter...

So no, I don't think I would be a very good God.

I'd probably be good, but there would be a lot of strange crap going on...
I've actually thought about this a lot to be honest, I would be too easily carried away though. Mortal mind + omnipotence = uhmmm... Hey did you guys see those three supernovae in brief succession???

I'd be evil, but without the "if people act evil they'll get my thumbs up" I'd punish all equally.

Politically correct evil if you will. But I'd have bad days when I'd probably do something seemingly good philosophically speaking. The next day I'd slaughter a village for not doing something I'd like them to do.

Its like raising a child really, or forging a quality sword.

No, because I would alter people's perception of morality to reflect my own beliefs, so I would be considered good.

By the current standards? In the middle. I would make everything good for most people, but douchebags are going to get lightninged.

I'd be less of a "Jesus-loves-the-little-children" kind of god and more of a "AND YOU SHALL KNOW MY NAME IS THE LORD WHEN I LAY MY VENGEANCE UPON THEE!" kind of god.

I would be good, kind and all that. BUT. I would probally be a bit naughty, playing godly pranks and such. Moving furniture around and all that. But I wouldn't be a evil god. Without doubt.

I'm not sure I'd really be either good or evil as it is all very relative.
Hitler is hated by people the world over yet there were, and still are, people that thought what he was doing was good. Likewise some people worship Gandhi, but there were and are those that hate him.

The ideas of good and evil are entirely subjective and vary from person to person. I'd like to think that I'd be a "good" god, but I know full well that should I gain such awesome power there would be a huge quantity of people that would wish for my death due to my views on all religions and the nature of political power in the world.

In D&D morality scales, I'd probably be Lawful Neutral due to my personal views on how things should be, but not everything I do would be things that are considered as "politically correct". I have a very strong moral code, but I am also very uncomprimising and strict about some things and would tend to react very harshly towards violations of what I consider as basic human decency.
