No. Not probably no, definitely no. They're a software company not a hardware company, I wouldn't even consider swapping a Sony product for a Valve product unless I'd heard a lot of recommendations and objective reviews.
You know to be fair Microsoft aren't being that greedy, it's annoying they actually stop people putting things on their store for free but it's business, you have to make your money somehow and Valve would too. If any of the hackers who targetted Sony had targetted Microsoft or Nintendo instead do you really think the results would have been any different? Cause they wouldn't have been, they'd have got through either of the other two's security if they were the targets.
