i don't hate ALL ME3 talk .... just the whining about the ending. Tali's picture, I'm totally with you guys on, that was fucking lazy, this would have been way betterMerrick_HLC said:
I really don't care that they lazed out on the pic. The pic they used is of a lovely woman. I do think it's kind of silly that Quarians are basically humans with less toes though, so yes I guess something a bit more alien would have been a better way to go, but unlike the ending, this laziness didn't bother me.

Yeah, but I'm not all that wrapped up in Tali's face as-is. I do understand the outrage, and I think the image was lazy and poorly done.
I think I'd appreciate most attempt that showed a sincere effort over the one we got, though.

I like the overall look of that for quarians, but I don't like the details for Tali specifically. No idea why.
I personally cannot say much on this, as I have never seen Tali without her Mask on.. So I have no idea what she looks like, doesn't know if she does take her mask off? If so, on what game?
In ME3 if she's your love interest, after you do the geth/quarian missions (if she survives), she tells you there's a gift in your quarters. It's a picture of her. The controversy was that it was a royalty-free generic picture of an attractive girl with a shawl hanging off her shoulders that could be found via google image search in a few seconds with a flare (I think?) effect added to obscure her slightly.

No, because I like the idea that the quarians built the geth to look something like themselves (pre-suits), and furthermore that the suits do some kind of approximation of their pre-suit faces. Therefore I'd be looking at some kind of jutting-forward sort of head, but maybe that's just me.
