The reason you find someone attractive (most of the time I know there are gay people) is because you think they will make good babies with you. I'm not sure how many times we've had this thread so far, but I'm pretty sure it hit the triple digits. Such craven unoriginality in pursuit of a reply badge should be a bannable offense.
That said, in a scenario where it's being done for sheer entertainment purposes without any negative repercussions (social, biological, ect) probably. Biologically, getting myself pregnant would be problematic, genetically speaking. Socially, it's implied my magical me clone would feel the same, from a girly side of things. Despite the identical DNA, it's implied this is not incest, but masturbation (apparently, in this strange fantasy scenario). Put all those allowances on there, plus a few I may have forgotten, it's doable.
All things considered, it'd probably be a pretty hollow experience, even if it does stave off the libido for a bit. "Welp, looks like I had pointless sex with I, how else am I going to spend my day?" Can't see the relationship lasting all that long: I've got as much me as I need already.
