Its not something I'd consider myself proud of but realistically, probably.

Besides if you kill yourself what's the guarantee your friend will get to live?

It's much easier for him to live knowing I chose to die for him, than for me to live knowing I had to kill him.

Also, I could never betray the man I literally grew up with.

It all depends which best friend like if they have a significant other probably since I wouldn't be able to tell them about it.

But if it was like "Ok both of you fight the loser dies!" Then I would fight them and if it seemed like they weren't going to give up I would choose to be the loser..hopefully.

Edit: I accidentally pressed yes instead of no so...my bad.

No I couldn't. I don't think he could either, so most likely we'd both die.

Yes. Selfpreservation would definately kick in, and whatever glory the other option could reap wouldn't be mine (and the neither would the friend) once I was gone.

I wouldn't hope my friends thought so little of their lives that they'd throw them away for me either.

I wouldn't kill my best friend. I'd never be able to live with the guilt and I would probably just shove a gun in my mouth and fire once I couldn't take it anymore.

I'd like to think that I wouldn't, but since I'm almost entirely certain that once we die we're gone and that even the lowest form of living existence possesses infinitely more reality than death I probably would.

I go one step further: I demand that my friends venerate me to such an obsessive degree that they'd gladly lay down their lives just so that I could have extra cheese on my pizza, let alone to save mine.

Of course not, it's ridiculous to even suggest that someone would.

17 people apparently prove me wrong.
That's more than a little weird.

Due to the fact that I'm on an internet forum, it's easy to see that... I have no friends... So no. I would not.
Oh, is that a law now? Logging off...

OT: Nah. My friends probably have more to live for than I do. Plus I'm a nice fellow.

In this situation, it's you or them. Many are afraid of death, and your friend might kill you, if offered the chance, if he gets to live. I would kill my friend, if there was no obvious way of escape.

Besides. Sacrificing yourself? Does your life mean so little?

I would help my friend killed me.

Life wouldn't be worth living if it meant I had to murder my friend in cold blood to live it.
Sacrifice is always better then a team kill.

As fun as acting the noble hero is...
Yes, I would. My life is worth more to me than their life. I am sure that, in my position, they would do the same.
Indeed, I can only imagine that almost everyone would. 'Tis human nature, no?

Seems it was a step/leap in the completely opposite direction of the one I took...

I like my friends to enjoy their lives (with or without me) rather than serve as Pizza topping ;-)

No, because I think my friend has much more potential than myself and the world needs him more than me.

That's true, not really sure why I wrote 'one step further'. I guess that's what being up for almost one and a half days does to my brain. My poor, poor brain.

No way because I'm way too afraid of dying. You have no idea whats gonna happen after you kick the bucket you could get the wrath of God, a whole bunch of nothing, or something else. Its too unknown and quite frankly scary as all hell.
