I have no sisters. Only two brothers. I don't really care who they date. It would be awkward if they dated one of my female friends, but I'm not going to stop them if they want to. That's more awkward.

All my friends a terrified of my sister, so it's largely an irrelevance.
But no, no I wouldn't trust any of them within fifty feet of her.

Yes I would let her. First of all I wouldn't have the right to stop her... and if he did something to her he'd be easier to find than a total stranger......

If my sister's didn't have boyfriends and my friends where the same age as them (they're 8 and 12 years older than me), I'd have no problem, I'm sure my sister's can look after themselves and wont take any shit.

Well... probably not, considering my sister is about 14 years younger than any of my friends...

Hypothetically though... it would probably be weird. But I know both my friend and my sister, so if I know that they would complement each other, sure. But if not, well, I do know where he lives...
There is really nothing you can do, about it when they are dating, but afterwards... hehehhehehehe *evil grin*

No way in hell, but only because my sister is 5 years younger than me, and I'm the youngest of my friends. Otherwise, I couldn't care less.

Seriously, what would be better than spending Christmas at your friend's house (if the dating went well, of course)? I really don't mind who dates my sister, as long as they treat her nicely and with respect, but it'd be awesome if some of my friends did. Not that I'd try to hook them up or anything, but it would be kind of nice. That way I could hang out with my friends as a grown-up under the pretense of spending time with family!

My group of friends were discussing this recently, with different opinions.

Is this good or bad?
If your sister has a boyfriend and it's one of your friends, that's great.

Wouldn't you rather she go out with a good friend of yours who you know is going to treat her well, instead of some random asshole?

Best friends? Absolutely not. Too awkward.

Close friends? Sure, why the hell not?
