Nope. I rarely log in as it is, so definitely wouldn't if they wanted to charge me.

you would have to pay me before i would even go to the site, screw paying for that crap.

if one of them starts charging for members, another will pop up that doesnt so if you are into that sorta thing its not really gonna change a thing.

It's a great way to communicate with friends around the clock. But there is no chance in hell that I'm gonna pay for it. Me and my friends will just find another site that does the same thing but for free.
And maybe I am attached to facebook, never looked at it that way.

I'm not on Facebook, so there is no way that I am gonna pay to go on there. A lot of my friends don't seem to understand why I don't go on Facebook. This is a standard conversation:

Them: "Are you on Facebook?"
Me: "No."
Them: "How will you know what's going on and stuff like that?"
Me: "Well, its simple. You have my phone number. Call me"
Them: *Stares blankly at me*

I hate social networking sites. As far as I am concerned they are far more trouble than they are worth and I have done just fine without them so far.

I wouldn't even use it if they paid me. I understand the irony, i registered here using my Facebook, but the only reason i registered there, is because it saved me from registering on all the sites i used, because they all have a 'register with your Facebook' option. I am lazy that way, but i didn't even set up my FaceBook i let my fiance do it, so she could do something with farmbook, or what ever it is.

It's too much of a casual pointless site to be worth paying money for, i think.
Plus, all the people i keep in contact with on there i will probably see around irl at some time or another.

People at my age go on Facebook so a reasonable price I would agree with. I go on too by the way.

At least once a week I consider deleting my account because I honestly dont know why i go on there, its just people joining pointless groups like - Mike joined the group *OMG JOIN IF UV EVER SEEN A pENGUIN LOLZ!*, and also loads of people from high school who never liked me but now its a few years later on facebook apparently were now all the best of friends.
So yeah if they started charging for it it would be the straw that broke the camels back and out be outta there

Honestly i do find facebook very convenient, it's an im where i don't have to run around asking people for their im.
All i use facebook for is the chat but i would probably pay for it because i use the chat function a lot.
most the time i'm on my computer i have a facebook tab open.

HOLY SHIT FUCK NO!

Ahem.

I'm actively trolling Facebook to get them to ban my account. It's more fun than just deleting it, and we all know what happens when you try to do that. It's surprising what they'll let you get away with. I made a quiz that mentions 9/11 and Columbine in a positive light, and still nothing.

I use facebook to arrange outings, simply because it's easy - most of my friends have it and use it regularly - and its a good place for me to store and talk about photos, which I can access from anywhere with unrestricted internet access (lol school internet censorship), although that can possibly backlash severely.

Another thing I find quite useful is the private message system, in which you can send a message to a selected number of people, and the message acts like a private forum. It's immensely useful for group assignments, as it has one main advantage of chat rooms - the conversation is stored and can be accessed at anytime.

The idea of paying facebook is just ridiculous to high school students such as myself, simply because we don't have any way of paying online without an adult, and dear god I would never ask my parents. So with facebook gone, I lose a pretty useful organisation tool.

I use Facebook to speak to one specific person, seeing as her computer can't run more than one office program, and one browser window. Other than that, meh. Waste of time.
