Where is the anti-hero option? >=|

That's pretty much what I'd end up being if I had a super power. I'd fight for what's right, but doing a lot of morally questionable things to get there, because doing what's right isn't always pretty.

Villains generally have cooler powers, their own base/headquarters, and henchmen. What do heroes get? Boy or girl sidekicks in tights that makes them look like child molesters, they end up sharing a base with multiple super heroes, and most of the time, their powers aren't cool or useful if they have any.

I'd like to be a villain so I can think up and set into motion a new evil scheme every week at the same time and same channel...also because Villains tend to be insane and nobody questions it.

I would be a hero of course due to my moral and the world pretty much need one.

why not a bit of all of them...? Here's an idea: a sidekick who has to take the mantle when the main hero is killed, possibly in an act of self-less sacrifice. So a hero is born but either A- he is corrupted by power or B- finds the path of a hero to be fruitless and becomes disillusioned and in the final act becomes a villain. Or maybe he becomes addicted to "being the hero" so much that he'll purposely engineer a scenario which puts people in danger so that he can rescue them- you know, hero-syndrome or something.

Or another scenario is a reformed villain. Let's say a villain who does what pple consider to be evil- but is somewhat justified by circumstances. For example, a guy who engages in terrorist activities, but in the name of undermining a evil or corrupt government, or a rogue scientist who captures homeless people to conduct illegal and lethal experiments so as to find a cure for his wife who's suffering from a terminal disease. But something happens that made him realize how selfish he was and so on and has a change of heart. He then starts helping the hero in various situations and eventually decides to dedicate his life to being a hero. something like that.
