But uh, why is Chell intelligent? She signed her life away to some science lab that does all kinds of crazy and dangerous experiments, probably because she was a homeless person.

If I ever did anything even vaguely sexual to Samus Aran, I'd feel like I was in some way condoning the pathetic misogynistic shit that Team Ninja pulled with her the last time, so I'll go with the character from one of the few studios that doesn't occupy its time objectifying women.

Chell has thus far managed to maintain her identity as a SILENT protagonist, so I imagine she would be much easier to sleep with. No talking in her sleep, presumably no snoring...not to mention she probably sleeps very still due to sleeping in the same position for over a hundred years. On that note, I'm a straight woman, so this topic doesn't really apply to me. But if I had to get curious...I think I'd still go with Chell.

In terms of a relationship I would prefer Chell, brains and beauty are a great combo, plus I find my self more attracted to brunettes. Although Samus is pretty good looking too 
My pick would have to be Samus. She and me went to a planet to clean up another Metroid outbreak, well I think I would just give her the cold shoulder. She seems like the kind of girl that falls for guys she can't have. Have to pretend that I had no interest in her and kind of be slightly rude. Really easy to sleep with her after you save her life. Lets take off that Zero Suit and get it on.
