I've had Squirrel, Crocodile, Kangaroo, Moose, Reindeer, Deer and Octopus. So yep Id love to.
I see your uncommon meats and raise you shark, antilope and ostrich. Snails and frogs too.

EDIT: Oh, I've had bear too! That was pretty good meat actually.
I see your meat and raise you Whale and Puffin. And yes I have also had Ostrich, Shark, Antilope, Escargot, Frog and bear (It is very nice as well. Very tough though I found).

Ah, very good. I've had whale too, but seeing as I'm a Norwegian, and you can get the stuff in any convenience store, I hardly consider it special. As I'm sure you know, Norwegians are whale murdering barbarians. It's nice though, but if it isn't high quality (i.e. it's been stored too long) it tastes like cod liver oil, which is one of the most disgusting things I can think of. I have no idea what an escargot is, but it sounds tasty :p

On the topic (more like, off topic) of eating bear - a Russian friend of mine informed me that some bear meat contains a deadly parasite that causes madness/bloodthirst in bears that can also affect humans. Interesting, even though I have no idea whether or not it's true.

I've always wanted to go to China and try dog. I wonder, do different breeds of dog taste different? If so, what would be considered the "top quality" dog?

Isn't there a butcher in England who specializes in exotic meats?

Unless Ripley's Believe it or Not is lying to me.

Sure, why not? I've had rabbit, snail, venison, duck... All of them were great. Except for the snails, they didn't really taste like anything.

Edit: Oh I've had bison too. It's pretty good, pretty tough though.

I dunno, I've tried Panda...
Wow. Next level - how did that even happen?

OP: I'd eat Zebra. It's not like they're endangered. I'd prefer to eat free range farmed Zebra.

Hahahaa.

OT: No, probably not. Not really much of a 'foody' so it'd never occur to me to try Zebra.

Sounds odd, but I've heard Zebra is delicious. Never had it myself. I was wondering how many people on here would be willing to try... for lack of better words, "uncommon" meat like Zebra, or... say, Gazelle.

Or, would you not want to? Or would you just want to try more common meat (but still uncommon) like pheasant or, say, rabbit or horse.

What are you opinions?
Sure, I don't see why not. For me, meat is meat. I don't know if I'd purchase it at a restaurant or something, since, if I don't like it...I'm pretty much stuck with it. Someone would have to offer it to me at a wedding or something. Haha, Zebra...at a wedding...sounds like an awesome time.
