This poll, here? On this Site? You do know this community, don't you? We hold all others equal as lesser than the PC and it's inbred superpowers, you should know that.

The amount of proper in this thread makes me want to get some tea. Almost disappointing for a thread that should have started a flamewar. Shame about the grammar, though.

Well, would you look at that. It seams we're growing up - a versus thread that is dominated by 'bracing for flame war' responses without so much of a whimper from that now benign-looking flame-and-vomit-thrower.

Scrolling through the posts on this thread was like watching a kitten starting to pull on a piece of string, only for it to give up and quietly wet itself while the owner laughs and criticises its grammar.

Funnily enough, the Americans I work with, when taking the mick out of my accent, will always use the word indubitably too! Is it a word that is associated with the UK to you?
I suppose so. I just tend to use a lot of British terms now days. (Bloody, bugger etc.)

There needs to be a "Who gives a shit?" button. Not in a mean way or anything, just in a way that not everybody is a fanboy and will be loyal to a certain console. I play certain consoles because of what games are available for them. For example, I like playing God of War, so I use the PS3, but I also like Gears of War (two "of War" titles, didn't mean that) so I use my Xbox. If a new console came out that had an awesome game on it, I'd get that, regardless of which company made it.

I choose which consoles I play based on the games they have available. Everything else doesn't matter.

ok...this thread has a serious lack of war going on in it..

voted pc because i play on it more than my ps3 nowadays...only because its got tf2, and all my co-op games. Honestly i dont care which i play on..as logn as its a game and im having fun it doesnt matter. nothing else matters than that..if im having fun. thats why the advantages of a pc dont hold water for me because...it doesnt matter to me..if im having fun then it could be a water cooler for all i care.

Ah, the Escapist. One of the few websites where more people are commenting on the lack of a flame war and the OP's grammar than the a versus thread.

Now imagine this thread on YouTube or IGN *shudders*.

OT: I play Xbox because my friends do and its simple and easy. I have a Wii as well that doesn't see much use. My bro has a PS3 that I play sometimes. And occasionally I will play old games on my ~8 year old computer.

TBH, I couldn't care less about fanboys and their console wars.

So choose between:
-A console from 2001-2002
-A games publisher / console manufacturers
-A console from 2006-2007
and
-An incredibly broad concept of computing that dates back to the late 1970's and every year changes significantly in capability.
