I'd put on a nice suit and pair of shades, get a razor, some gasoline, and a stereo, then kidnap him, throw him in the trunk of a car, take him to a warehouse, tie him to a chair, and have a bit of a discussion with him:
"Ryan, have you ever seen Reservoir Dogs? Great movie, isn't it? Remember the scene with Mr. Blonde and the cop? Well, we're going to do a bit of a re-enactment of that now."

I will capture him then I will tortu.... No one expects the Spanish Inquisition! Oh ok, the Spanish Inquiition will torture him until he is almost dead, then we will chop all of his limbs off bit by bit and leave him to bleed to death, I will watch him bleed to death ofcourse because everytime someone leaves something happens and they survive.
I would kill him, even if my contract was over. I would have left him alone if he would have just tried to kill me, no harm there, an eye for an eye , and so on. But torturing, now that is crossing the line. It was just my job to kill him, why punish me ? Anyways, most likely I would send him and like 11 more people (who i hate and want to kill, also) invites to an private island that i got during my mercenary years. Saying that I'm a long-lost relative or something like that. Promising something good, they all come there. However, when they all come, i will disguise myself as one of them, and start killing them one by one. In the end, it'll be just me and good old Ryan. He dies, i laugh and run away.
Also, i make it look like Ryan did all the killing and then shot himself in the chest 4 times, sliced his throat, and pushed himself down an elevator shaft.

I would find him, shoot both is arms and legs, then give a long speech involving the word "************" at least twenty times, then put a knife in is chest and leave him to bleed out. ho and I would make sure he was in some kind of cave or other unreachable area first. I do not take kindly to being pushed around.
