Could I bring back Einstein, Nicolas Tesla, or Leonardo da Vinci? Technically as men of science I love them.
If not I think I would probably have a mozy at the FBI most wanted list, and get the shadowy figure to kill the worst one, and deposit him in a car outside. I see the dead guy in the car, get the reward for finding him, everyones happy.

Depends on who the loved one was, no-one who I'm that close to as either a family member or a friend has died so there's no-one for me to bring back, or the other hand a certain Libyan dictator could do with losing his head... if hypothetically it was a close family member though I'd reconsider and I'm honestly not sure what I'd do.
I have no lost loved ones, but nor do I want to be responsible for killing someone no matter how vile, there are procedures and laws for that sort of thing. I'd see if I could bring someone back to life who I don't know or know less, but if that's not possible. I leave the man doing nothing.
As much as I would love to bring back a loved one, I think I would choose kill the evil doer. If there is anything in this world that could be considered "not natural", it's bringing the dead back; now THAT is unnatural, death isn't. I would love to kill a dictator or bad king in the middle east, they cause so much suffering and deserve to die (then maybe it could pave the way for the Middle East to have peace).

I'd pick the kill option. Wipe out some asshole that's caused mass suffering and made themselves virtually untouchable. My loved ones have peacefully seen their way out so there's no need to extend their time.
Who makes a deal with a shady figure at a fast food resturaunt? If it were Death himself or God (not Satan, because we've all seen what happens to people who make deals with him), I might consider, but then again, why bring someone away from Heaven? I'd probably ask about who the man (or woman) is that has ranked the highest innocent kill count for an unjust cause. When the answer is given, I'd probably kill them, unless they truly wanted repentance. God would know that, and death could possibly.
Given the choice between saving one person, and killing someone to save potentially dozens of lives, I'd have to choose the latter. Of course, it only applies if you kill someone truly and undeniably evil, who is certainly going to kill more people if given the chance. Killing the leader of a terrorist organization, that's a good idea. Killing some guy you think robbed a bank, not so much.
I don't really have anyone I would like to bring back, nor is there anyone who it would benefit me to kill at the moment. Can I get a rain-check on his offer until I need it?
