Miranda without a second thought. She's smug, arrogant, unpleasant, manipulative, and controlling. I do not want her, yet she's one of two characters I can't really ignore. I can get behind Jack's chaotic stupid/stupid evil, if she had a better skillset I'd use her more often. But Miranda is just a *****.

Jacob was a non-character for me. He was so generic and boring that I never used him. I don't know how that brick made it into the rainbow coalition of interesting people that was the rest of my crew. Definitely going to let him die next chance I get.

You can already do that by manipulating the final battle to your own ends. Also, isn't it a bit extreme to kill off a character you don't like? Can't you just avoid recruiting them or leave them on the ship and not talk to them?
If I had to pick one I'd pick Jack. Nothing against her character, I just didn't use her. She had a few 'interesting' things to say but she's going up against the likes of Mordin, Thane, Tali, Garrus, Legion and Grunt for the opportunity to ride with my space cowboy/cowgirl Shep! She had no chance!

True convenience putting Jack and Miranda on the same button, sinc they're only two characters I really didn't want around...

Hey Jack, you know what you are? A stupid, annoying and useless character, and oh yeah, dead by Collector Lasers. She actually died in my campaign and I laughed my head off when it happened.

I don't really get all the hate for Jack, when I romanced her I found her to be one of the most interesting characters of the series, plus I have my fingers crossed for the Ashley/Jack ***** fight!

Jack, no question...I watched her romances scenes online...and they sucked...made no sense at all...shes annoying...ive never used her...she needs to die...although honestly...i wish i coulda killed Kaiden and Ashley in ME1...downright hated those two characters...worst characters in the series
