From ME2... prolly Jacob. And it feels wierd typing that because I actually LIKED Jacob, WAY more than I liked Kaidan (although that may have been Carth 'i don't trust you' Onasi hatred bleed-thru). He's just... pretty bland compared to everyone else. And he doesn't have Jack's super-pouty lips, aka the one thing that makes her quasi-atractive
Out goes Jack, why I would need a crazy ass biotic misfit on my crew to begin with is beyond me. Sure..... she has some tragic issues, but is my ship and my missions really the place to tackle them? I like to think that therapy has come a long way in the mass effect series.
But surely killing her is a bit extreme? Id rather just drop her off somewhere where she can get help.

Jacob has to go. There's something about his attitude that gets on my nerves. He's too much of a Good Guy but not in an interesting way like Samara, he's a flat / sterile character.
It's a toss up between Jacob and Thane. I'd say Garrus, but he's grown on me. Honestly, the fact that he sticks with you in ME2 actually means quite a bit as far as I'm concerned. I mean Garrus is the kind of guy who has your back no matter what.
Unless he's doing callibrations.
The reason for Jacob and Thane is because I never used them. I rarely use Garrus, but as I mentioned a few lines up, I respect his loyalty at least. I'm an infiltrator, so I generally use Tali and Mordin in my lineup to give me some powers and a decent balance of combat ranges.

Jacob, without question, didn't even have to think on that one.
His personality grates on my nerves, but also rather important, is the fact that his skills really don't do a lot to help the team as compared to other options.

if you wanted to make this a REAL poll, wouldn't you put the LEAST favorite characters separate so you ACTUALLY see who is most disliked instead of picking the 2 least favorite and then saying "hey I wonder who people dislike, here I put them together so you don't need to think about it"

Zaheed. I honestly would have sacrificed his raving psychotic ass for the sake of the mission without a thought. Unlike Jack, he's just an ass for the sake of it. (jack is an ass because it helps her survive, when almost everyone she's met has tried to kill her)
