I kind of hate football, I see rugby as a much better and more enjoyable sport. And it's much better than American Football too, as that sport has people protected with all the pads and stuff, while rugby (particularly rugby union) has little to no protection and is a much rougher and more dangerous game, and on the whole is much more interesting to see. So i picked 'not shaped like a ball' in the poll.
Nevertheless, I will concede that sports where the ball is shaped like a ball are also pretty good, depending on the sport. For instance, I love to watch and play tennis and squash, and I enjoy golf a fair bit too. Along with snooker and pool, and rounders (an early version of baseball, as started in the UK - yeah, baseball was a British invention, bet you didn't know that, eh?).

Dude, it's called soccer, get over it, and everybody knows that rugby union is the best. I don't like soccer because its so easy for an excellent team to lose because most games have less the 3 goals scored. It's over an hour of dudes kicking a ball around and trying to red flag another player for breaking one of their nails. Rugby is for real men, and the best team ALWAYS wins. These soccer players complain about sore ankles, one of New Zealand's most famous rugby players tore his scrotum halfway through the game and kept playing, and won. Rugby is only for real men.
