Put it into mass production with aforementioned profits and patent and hire a huge team of validaters, to validate that the sick person. If (-s)he could potentially help the human race, or just be a non-negative influence, I'd sell the medicin to the person, preferably with government subsidies.

I would patent it and sell it. I would try to keep the cost low but I need to make money somehow (if I end up becoming a millionaire I would probably pay for it out of my pocket and give it away to various places).

Keep it secret because if it were to come into the market, than natural selection wouldn't exist even more. OR give it out for the good of humanity. I guess it's how evil I feel that day.
