Well I only have a PS3, and I get to keep my PC so I'm ok. Still be a stupid law though, but you never know. It'd only take one court ruling to allow companies to sue you for using more than one console.

Xbox 360, but only because I don't have that many games for the Wii and I don't own a PS3. I wish I did, but I'm not entirely sure it's worth getting one when I've got an Xbox anyway. Aside from the exclusive titles, don't they share most of the same library anyway?

of the ones listed, keep the ps3, toss everything else. I wouldnt be able to watch my blurays without it. Plus I only own 1 xbox game, Crackdown, and I've played it to death.

Furthermore,the PC itself can be modified. Games look ugly at minimum graphics? Buy and install a new video card. Need more RAM? Buy and install. Need more power? Same deal with a power supply.

For all the people saying PC, I think what Veldie was trying to point out is that PCs are all-around devices, whereas consoles exist solely for gaming. With that said 360, because it doesn't give me carpel-tunnel to play it.
If someone DID make a law like that, then I say take your oldest, most beat-up and unwanted system, remove all the inner mechanisms, replace them with C4 and set the timer to go off when they're put wherever this Schwarzeneggerian tyrant is housing them. If they're coming into our homes and taking away our consoles that's invasion of property and theft, plain and simple. When the government starts breaking laws in the public sector then all bets are off.

I will never give up PC gaming (PCs are NOT technically consoles, everyone who chose it), or DSi XL (yes, I finally gave in, but only because they stopped making screen protectors for the DS Lite).

Ok, if we're limited to the systems listed, I'm going with the 360, because I really enjoy the mix of disc games and XBLA games - nice blend of deep and involved with short and sweet. I also use the Netflix streaming and Zune video services constantly. If we're talking all systems ever, then I, like most folks, am going with the PS2.
Seeing as I only have a PC, I'll just go around looking smug because that law didn't affect me at all.
Either my DS or my PS3. I honestly think I would just say my PS3 and then stash the DS in my pocket.

I own a Wii but haven't played in ages, and no console-exclusive title managed to get me to spend $300+ on the other "big" consoles. Also, I'm not really a portable gamer, neither on the couch nor the bus do I really have the urge to play for the 10-15 minutes I spend time there.

Though, if I had to choose... a PS3 with Backwards Compatibility. I have way to many ps2 games (not as many as my genesis though, just saying, I'd really like to play those 30+ games of mine) to just give them up. And my PS3 library by itself isn't quite big enough to keep me going for more than a couple months.
