Since I have to go for a current gen console, I'll choose my 60GB PS3 (backwards compatible!). I'd choose my good ol' Nintendo 64 over any other console (excluding my PC) any day though...

From this generation I would keep my 360, but if I could keep stuff from other generations it would be my N64 then my PS2.

PC since it can run any game or be upgraded to run any new games or you can learn DOS or run an emulator to run any old game that is even based on the pc. otherwise i would have to say the 360

I'll lie and say I kept my xbox 360, while hiding all my other consoles or keeping the authorities at the front door until they leave. Then i'd go back to my normal, multiple console life. Also, this law would be impossible to completely enforce.

SNES. If I get to keep that and just have to give up all but one on the list then it's a tough choice between the Wii and PSP but Wii comes out on top, I'll miss you MHP3rd... But my friends all play Tri so it wins...

I said no PC simply because pretty much everyone here has one and they can be used for more then gaming so I was sticking to consoles for it since its gaming first and has other stuff 2nd while PC it can be it or not I have nothing against PC.

However, I picked PS3 since the only other console I own on that list is a Wii and I never ever ever use it.

PS3 is great for me. I stream movies off my PC to my big tv and sound system, plus it's a blueray player, and when I get the urge to game on it I can.
