Probably the one that says Press this button. The reverse psychology things seems to obvious for it to be the other one.

Wait an hour for a sexy dominatrix, then press the Do not press button. I'm a rebel.

Call out for someone, go over every funny memory in my head and don't bother holding back on laughter, shout out whatever else I might need to, have a wank, then eventually press the 'press this button' button.

Well, if I woke up tied to anything, my first priority would be getting my boner back under control.

After that, if there was really a button they didn't want me to press, they wouldn't put it that close to me to be able to press it. Perhaps the Mad Philosopher has struck again?

After yelling and waiting for a few hours, I'd probably end up pressing the "Press This Button" button, simply because I'd figure that they are trying to use reverse psychology and make me press the DO NOT PRESS button. Chances are, though, that they would both do something equally horrible, if not release me.

Eeenie meenie, miney mo. Equally valid arguments can be made for either or neither button causing my death or release. Therefore, it is impossible to make a "right" choice. So if I absolutely have to push one, I'll pick at random. Otherwise, I'll just wait and see what (if anything) happens.

EDIT: Oh, and I know you said we can't break out of the chair, but since this thread is kinda ABOUT the possibility of defiance against a seemingly omnipotent and mysterious authority figure, I'm gonna try anyway.

I explained in the OP why you can't do that.
You may as well have added "No matter what choice you make it will be wrong" the amount your stacking the game o.o. I get your making it a thought experiment but it doesn't really test anything in it's current form other than "Would you follow an instruction from someone who has inexplicably captured you and made it impossible for you to escape regardless of what ideas/plans/training you may have"

To paraphrase Christopher Walkern in 7 Psychopaths "I'm not gonna run, but I ain't gonna fight. I guess I'm gonna die"

The point was "if forced, which button would you press", yes.

And you'd sit it out and not press anything? A common answer, one I don't get.

Regardless of the construction of the chair, I break it. I'm just that good at breaking chairs... especially when my legs are unbound.

Press the "press me" button. There is no logical reason to think one button is safer than the other, but for the fact that one button is designed to tempt you into pressing it. Ignore the temptation and pick the button that, if nothing else, has more reason to be safe.

Wait a second, isn't "DO NOT PRESS THIS BUTTON" and "Sit there until I die of dehydration" EXACTLY the same thing?
There is no third option.

Loving the answers so far. Me? I'm going to be boring and push the button that says "PRESS THIS BUTTON." Might as well just go along right?
