Or a penis. Your new organ is sexually functional, but you can't get pregnant or impregnate. Yesterday you were male, now you're (sort of) female.

well first off id be really pissed off at being made sterile and then id find a girl that is either normal or has had it happen to them as well and not change anything since no matter what i do im not getting back my balls unless medical science become a whole lot better so might as well not try
