Shake his hand and congratulate him on being the luckiest man on the face of the earth for being allowed to keep all of the Star Wars merchandising rights and profits then inform him that I believe that the prequels were pure, unadulterated shit and that he should be ashamed of himself for ever creating the Gungan race (Jar-Jar specifically).

Ask for his autograph.
Not that I'm a fan of Star Wars, I could probably just get a lot of money for it for some crazed fan out there.

Though this'd probably be how I'd react to meeting any famous figure in the street.

Punch him in the gut for ruining a perfectly good trilogy with a continuous spew of bad films and games in an attempt to make more money. Then ask him politely to end the franchise

I'd shake his hand. I watched the prequel trilogy again recently and found they were far better than I remember. I think Revenge of the Sith is my favourite movie in the franchise.

He made six good films with Star Wars. I don't even mind his constant tinkering either, seeing as I don't have the nostalgia of the originals and by the time I saw them, I thought the production values at least were a bit dated.

Plus the only problem I had with any of the Indiana Joneses was Shia LeBouff. But that's because I hate that guy. He should have just stuck to Even Stevens.

I'd throw my sweet roll on the ground and prepare for a fight......oh wait.
Sorry.

I'd shake his hand. Yeah he's been messing with things recently, but he made some films that I really love, so I'll be nice to the guy.

I'd attract his attention by enthusiastically calling out "Mr. Roddenberry, Hey Mr. Roddenbery!.

Then I tell him that although I thought the new Star Trek prequel wasn't very good, The Original Series, The Next Generation and the old films like Wrath of Khan and Search for Spock are still the some of the best Sci-Fi ever made.

Then as I was walking away I'd say "Wow, I can't believe I met George Roddenberry".

I'd shout 'Han shot first!' then break down and shout 'NOOOOOO!!!!'

But not really because thats stupid, I'd just not talk to him, post his location on Twitter and wait for Simon Pegg to arrive so he can deal with Lucas.

I'd shake his hand and beg him to leave his masterpiece alone.

The annoyance you may feel at his alterations pales in comparison to the joy his films have brought people.

I would keep walking, because he'd just be another dude to me. I don't think I'd recognize him. I've never been a fan of his films.

Kidnap him and force him to reveal where the real George is.
Yes! Internet reference high-five!!

OT : Seriously, I don't care about Star Wars.... 'cept Battlefront 2, which was one of the best games ever created.

B, then A.
There's no denying that he's done some great things. He gave us Star Wars in the first place, he's a mentor to budding directors, he gives generously to all kinds of charities, and I'm sure he's an all-around nice guy.
Then I would say "Midichlorians and Jar-Jar." Then give him a little punch on the arm. Not too hard, just enough to let him know that I'm not happy with the prequels.

Nothing.
I liked all 6 of the movies, and don't really care about the changes, so I have no qualms with him.
Same here, and even if I didn't, it wouldn't be reason enough to punch him. Not even close to reason enough to punch him. And even if making a bad movie was something that would make you deserving of a beating, George Lucas is a pretty big guy, I'm not sure a fight would end in my favor.

probably ignore him, not a big enough fan of Star Wars to make a big deal out of seeing him
