Im ecto/mesomorph as i have pretty broad shoulders and about 190 cm. in height.

I find it pretty easy to loose and gain weight, which is why im eating LOTS of protein-rich foods to maintain a healthy physique.

I'm Endo. Although I'm not fat, I'm definitely curvy. You can see my ribcage and hips, yet I'm not skinny.

Having a naturally large ribcage sucks, empire waist dresses look terrible on me, but people are always like "but they look good on larger girls" pah.

I'm mostly an Ectomorph, I guess. I've only just gained a little bit of a belly after basically not doing any kind of intensive physical action in about two years, and eating away on the snacks.

Ectomorph. I'm 5'8" (18 year old female) or so, and I weight 120 lbs on a good day. I never gain any god damn weight and my boobs are ridiculously tiny.

Damn you O.P., you made me feel bad about myself again!

For years I could do nothing but eat junk and if I gained a pound, it was a freaking miracle.

Now I am getting a belly and while it is nice to look a little different, it's a little unattractive.

Is it just me (Nobody quote maxthereaper at me!) or when you look down your belly looks massive but look at it through a mirror side on and it isn't that bad?

Anywhoom, I am going to do what cage fighters do with arms and hopefully that will burn enough cals to make a my stomach a lil flatter.

DO NOT MENTION THE "B" WORD ON HERE! I know it's to late now but brace yourself.

I bet your not bad! Remember theres always worse!

Edit. Rhianna is the same build as you (apprently) so you mustn't be bad, think positive.

I have no idea how to define my body type using the options provided. I'm broad shouldered, muscular, but without definition, not what you'd call "fat", but I do have a bit of a gut thanks to my beer tooth. I'm built like a lumberjack, basically, or like anybody else who does strenuous manual labor, which is kind of strange because I spend 40 hours a week in a cubicle.

I'm POSITIVE you mixed up meso and ecto... I'm meso (ecto?) and endo.
This is an perfect example of cognitive biases, the "overconfidence effect." The OP is correct in his terminology. I'm guessing that makes you an ecto/endo?

That's falls into the mesomorph category quite concisely, the broad shoulders are a defining feature of mesomorphs. The "athletic build" in the poll is a pretty terrible description.

Slightly athletic build and average in about every way.

Or at least I would be, if I could be assed to get myself into shape. Bit of a beer gut the last few years.

im afraid the muscular thing is mostly crap spouted by overweight people like myself. if you excersize enough to gain muscle, you wont need to worry about your weight
i however am overweight, but not unhealthily. im 6'2''ish and about 17 stone. so im a tank
That is exactly what I am like! I thank you for wording it better. However I'm about 6'5'' but 17 stone as well. And I was able to lift my father who is about 27 stone (Appendix removed, tumours in his leg and arm, dense bones - yay genes - and such. He's still skinnier than most people I've seen outside).
one of the reasons im overweight is because i eat too much kedgeree :)

I've got a rather 'rough' build. If I'd muscle up, I'd be a good rugby player. I'm not fat, nor am I skinny. I have this tummy that's a reminder of my hedonist, student ways. I.e. the result of beer and stoner munchies.

i was thin but my metabolism slowed down (typical family trait.) and i've put on enough weight to start looking healthy instead of deathly skinny. still I feel obscenely overweight ><
