Just as the sun rotates around the earth, everyone likes cheese. But there are so many kinds, everyone needs a favourite.

I love smoked cheese, it's great and perfect with a ham sandwich.

But what's your favourite?

Cheddar. Nothing better than a grilled cheese with egg and bacon. Mmmmmm.....

I don't know exactly what kind of cheese it is, but Jarlsberg is my favorite.

I like everything for the most part.


but I rotate favorites because I love all cheeses for the most part.

right now I crave Mizithra Cheese, with my backup being Spicy Jack Cheese.




ohhh the possibilities!

But seriously, I won't be changing it any more. I missed out mozarella and parmesan, pretty popular ones, but Jalsberg?

Look at me, getting all authoratative over cheese.

Boar's Head extra sharp cheddar for solitary snacking, Boar's Head american cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches, Roma provolone for roast beef sandwiches, pepperjack mozzarella cheese for chicken and/or turkey sandwiches, Roma ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese for pizza, pasta, and lasagna. Cottage cheese for breakfast with fresh pineapple, and chives and onion cream cheese for bagels unless it is Panera Bagels, then I go Honeynut cream cheese.
I love cheese. "does happy happy cheese dance"
