Poll: Your Cheese of Choice

Everyone likes cheese.

Only exception is pizza that doesn't have much cheese, because you can't taste it then.

Parmesan by far. Though I may be the crazy one who will just eat a chunk of fresh parmesan.
Swiss is a close second.

There's many applications for cheese and many cheeses for each application, I don't have a favorite.

Cottage is great for breakfast with some veggies.
Mozzarella is good on pizza, so is ricotta
etc...

This is like the hardest decision I have ever had to make. :/

I like Cheddar, Mozzarella and Pepperjack equally...I can't decide!

Red lester is top for me, but cheddar and cheshire are close second and third.
I much prefer hard cheeses to the softer ones.

Feta feta feta feta feta... Yes I do like feta, especialy in a nice greek salad (mainly consisting of peppers, lettuice and feta).
Failing that mozzerella on a nice pizza/ in pasta.
Failing that lancashire (a tasty chease from my home county!).
