I'll stick with my traditional cheddar. If its the best on a burger its the best in my house.

I love smoked cheese, it's great and perfect with a ham sandwich.

But what's your favourite?
The french cheeses are a little under represented don't you think? Where is Brie or Camembert, or Raquellet for that matter... I could go on!

My favorite cheese ever: Chian cheese (pronounced hee-an) from Chios Island in Greece, it was a bit like halloumi but much more flavourful. Best served in filo pastries with spinach!

Not that I would expect that to be on the list as its a tiny obscure island cheese, so I vote Cheddar, the super mature kind that crumbles into dust.

Incorrect mate. I absolutely hate cheese with the only exception being when I have pizza and that is mainly because I cannot taste it much. Other than that I dislike every other type of cheese and will not touch a thing if it has any on it.

Emmm, gee, just regular cheese I guess. Don't know how it's called, normal cow cheese, the young version, I don't like old cheese.

Honerable mentions go to cheddar for hamburgers and mozzarella for pizza's and salads.

Gonna have to be Gouda, or possibly Stilton, ideally in a Steak and Stilton pasty.

Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, Edam, Cheddar, Cheshire, Caerphilly... in roughly that order.

Nothing too strong, unless it's Cathedral City mature which is alright. Absolutely no blue cheese - just, no, can't stand it.
