I only played single player, but it was summoner necro all the way. There was just something bad ass about killing someone and using him to kill the next enemy.

I did play the Sorceress at first, and played her a bunch. Cold magic is so incredibly awesome its unreal. However, end of the day, I really have to go with the Assassin. Traps were her least impressive talent, but at lower levels, they made the game incredibly easy. Her combos could add up and reach absolutely ludicrous levels, even without putting any points into them. And some of the shadow stuff was downright broken. Like summoning a copy of yourself that's actually more powerful then you are. I occasionally think about getting Diablo 2 again, just for the Assassin.

Well, I play the mod Median XL, so if you know what a Runemaster/Wolf Stance barbarian is, then now you know. Otherwise, you'll be pretty confused.

Yeah. Do it. Now. The reason for the lack of prerequisite is because it should be assumed that EVERYONE is putting points into warmth. Man, your life going to be so much easier after a few levels.

eh...i put a lot of points into my energy and vitality already...So, It wasn't that bad. haven't put much into strength...maybe 15 points into it total...
I'm playing it as I go, putting points into whatever tickles my fancy, usually.
