Anyway, Marvel vs Capcom, as long as the next one will allow me to play as everyones lovable 4th wall breaking mercenary, an adorable mass murderer also mercenary, and that guy that covered wars.

I got Deadpool, and Frank West out of that...don't know who the adorable mass murderer might be though...

Having the tread go this far, i am happily surprised that soul cal is doing so well. I was expecting Street fighter, and i'm proud to see that some people still remember the classic ones like Virtual Fighter and bloody roar.

Where is the Dragonball Z option? Those fighting games are 100,000,000 times better than any fighting game confined to the ground.

I would have said they were "OVER 9000!!!" times better.

I don't really play fighters, but the one I own is Yakuza 3 and thats an amazing game.

Tekken, Soul Calibur or Mortal Kombat. (New MK is looking pretty nice) Though i have to say that Soul Calibur has some aspects that have made it better from back then to now i can't accept the later Tekken games - they're absolute rubbish from whatever came after 3 (which isn't necessarily 4)

I'd Say Tekken... But then Tekken 6 came out.

Then I'd say Soul Calibur... But then Soul Calibur IV came out.

So I'd say Mortal Kombat... But then Mortal Kombat vs DC came out.

And I never played Dead Or Alive, I only played Bloody Roar and Virtua Fighter on a demo, and I haven't played Street Fighter since Street Fighter 2 (the 'normal' one).

So hey, I guess I'll just stick with my first choice and select Tekken.

From Capcom, really has the word "Dark" in the title. The character if from that game.

Calibur - not that it has the best AI, controls or balance; I just LOVE extending whip-swords. It's the same reason I enjoyed 'Le Pacte des Loups' and continue to watch Bleach.

If someone made a mecha with an extending whip-sword I'd steal one and marry it.
