Define date.
I'm not really sure when it was to be honest. I used to tool around with girls on our own in my youth and I kissed a few of them, but is that a date? Probably not.
The first one where I asked her out, she invited her fucking friends. Then she said that she wanted to take things really slowly and didn't even tell people we were going out until after I broke up with her for sympathy. My god, the fashionable set did not take kindly to that. Obviously, they hadn't heard about her lying compulsively and being a general fanny and I was much to proud to explain my actions.
But I came out from that as the bastard. Obviously.
Wow, that was a long time ago.

On the bad side: I haven't felt the tentative, feeling each other out butterflies since mid school.
God, I miss being in a relationship. What you said is the best feeling ever. Assuming the other feels the same of course.

I haven't dated yet, and I'm high school. (sigh)
I haven't dated yet and I am in college. Just remember, someone in the world has a worse life than you.

Dear gawd I thought I'd blocked that memory from my mind... I was 16, the movie sucked, the food at the restaurant sucked, I spent way too much money on cab fare and didn't even get any boob.

I took a girl that I really liked to prom (if that even counts as a date) and she became a lesbian afterwards. I hate life

My first real date went very well, actually. We went to a movie, had some lunch at a nearby restaurant, and generally just enjoyed each other's company.

Would going over to my girlfriend's house while her parents are out of town be considered a date?

Awkward, because she brought a friend, and because we really didn't have any common interests, and any attempt at conversation fell flat.

Dates are for calenders.
Couldn't have put it better myself. Although I would have probably said calendars instead of calenders.
I blame the Discovery Channel for even knowing what a calender is.
And for eating! If you actually like these disgusting things...

"disgusting"?! They're lovely in cake :)

Sadly, I haven't partaken from the dating tree as of yet. And I'm in Grade 11... *sob*

Probably shouldn't right now anyway.

Apart from diabetics of course...

No real "date" yet, though I've hung out with a girl as more than friends. No one in my high school was worth spending any money on.
