Mass Effect 2, although AssCreedBros is out next week so it's going to be a tough competition.

On a side-note, this year has gone really fucking fast.

Tough call.
It's between Mass Effect 2 and Starcraft 2 (though I hate how it's attached to the travesty that is Bnet 2.0).

For gameplay, Starcraft 2 hands down. For plot, Mass Effect 2.

I'm going to reserve judgment until Assassin's Creed Brotherhood comes out, but so far? Mass Effect 2.

Seriously, Uncharted 2 beat AC2 for GOTY just because it played like a movie? Seriously? It was a decent sequel to a mediocre game, and had good cutscenes. It wasn't AMAZING.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. I loved the first two and again it seems that Ubisoft is only improving what they already have while keeping the good bits as good as they always were.
