I was fairly new to L4D2, and quickly became "The one everyone had to revive" in my group of friends. Fair enough, so I have a day job, sue me.
The best was when I played VS. for the first time, and I rode hard with the jockey one of the best players that kept jumping ahead--achievement for the long run, then Back in the saddle when knocked off.

But here a better example, when doing a bounty mission, I managed to defeat my bounty by shooting his horse, getting rid of his gun and hogtie him back to armadillo.

In DotA:
At least half of the games I ever played as Lycanthrope. If you've ever played as him or against him, you know exactly what I'm talking about. After the first 5 or 6 kills, I could use it as a psychological weapon; "Hey yellow, better run!".

Solo healing Grobbulus (less than a month into Wrath of the Lich King, so it wasn't exactly faceroll) without realizing the other healers were dead until I ran out of mana just as the boss died.

I was playing Gears of War 1 at a LAN with a bunch of mates, this was about my 3rd time playing it and we were playing on the level where a train flys through every now and then.
We had a bloody battle and only me and one guy were left. We were on both side of the platform shooting the crap out of each others cover when a train came through, only making each of us visible to each other by the tiny gaps between the carriages. At that point i had whipped out the grenade bow thing, took aim at the other guy between the carriages and shot through the moving train.
The guy i hit just said "No fucking way..."
Got quite a few cheers out of that.
Also another on in Halo 3 on Avalanche, we had a Hornet blowing the crap out of our team, so i went up on its flank with my plasma pistol, took aim far far ahead of it and fired. It took 5 seconds for the shot to make it to intercept the Hornet as it moved forward. It then lost power, dropped like a brick and was promptly bombarded by a hailstorm of grenades. I felt like such a badass.

Just recently I was fucking around in Quick Match mode in Dissidia Final Fantasy. Warrior Light VS Warrior Light, both LV2.
We were both reduced to 1HP and were probably both at 0 Brave too. I just narrowly dodged the enemy's attack and then blasted him, which confused me right up until I heard the victory fanfare.

Halo 3. Free for all Slayer, and everyone was using grenade launchers, rocket launchers, or something equally huge to compensate for something.... I only had a magnum pistol and a BR, and I managed to rank 1st, dying only thrice in a 10 minute match.

Second case, Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault multiplayer. Capture the Flag. It had devolved into a practical trench warfare in a woodlands map. I decided enough with these snipers (on both sides), ran in with a tommy gun, and slaughtered the entire enemy team twice. Once on the way in, with the flag while running back I slaughtered them as they assaulted me from their respawn point.
All by myself.
Got kicked for cheating by the opposing team. Sore losers
I always had to use cheese methods when soloing...
I find it semi-acceptable
cause I'm
1. soloing
2. soloing with low hit point characters (sorcerer or thief)
Great job man... i never managed to solo Frikaag with my sorcerer without preps or cheese

I managed to betray 5 people in one Spartan Laser shot, giving me more than a minute long respawn. (I was a little asshole back then....)

When i played Silent Hill 2 when it came to the bit in hallway, the Pyramid Head was in front of Maria, scared the Shit out of me.
In Left 4 Dead i was palying with a group of people, one started a witch one set a fire, two seconds later i was alone.
