I don't really focus on the companies so much, more the brands. for example, I'm getting new vegas when it comes out because i like fallout, as a franchise, but also because I like other obsidian games, as well as bethesda's work.

Drop the Activision part and I'd be Activision Blizzard, no questions.
However, if not I'd say... EA, because of Bioware and there awesome story telling.

The only problem, is both publishers realease some DAMN good games. Other wise I'd stear clear.

Well firstly, I would have to say Valve, I mean all you have to do is look at this Aussie Gamer's Steam Profile.

I buy a lot of games on steam, merely for the conveniance, so also in saying that, Indie is another I would have chosen. I have a lot of Indie games that I have bought through steam that are just plain awesome

But yeah, Valve is still probably the most solid choice even over Non-Activision Blizzard, if only for their interaction and respect for the community.

I'll have to go with whatever made StarCraft then, due to the time sunk in it.

My biggest loyalty lies in the Call of Duty series, I have played every one except the expansion. I may have not liked Modern Warfare 2 at all, but I do intend to keep buying. And from the list of publishers listed I think I pick epic, that's the closest loyalty to a publisher I have.

Blizzard. Have never met a blizzard game I didn't like. Only Valve game I've played is portal. I used to like Ubisoft, but they pretty much destroyed the Rayman franchise.

I like THQ. Haven't seen much wrong from them.
