either to the first days of human existance, come on who isnt curious about that, or to prevent my own birth, either i will be removed from existance itself, or time paradox, or technically my future self will still exist but my past wont, techniqally removing myself from life and death since i was not alive in the first place, and what isnt alive cannot die. Worst theory idea ever, but it does sound rather cool.

I would go back and MAKE YOU USE THE SEARCH BAR! I don't say that usually, but we had this thread, like, yesterday.

As for me - i'd prevent JFK assasination. It would have great effect on the timeline,i suppose. This would be much more intresting than just giving myself a lot of money. With great amount of dosh comes great vulnerability, you know.

Shit happens for a reason. Changing even one small thing could make the future completely different.
I'll pass.

I would probably introduce the "eco-friendly" energy sources into the Industrial Revolution, hopefully giving the whole "saving the Earth" thing a jumpstart.

I personally would use a time machine to go back and ejaculate into the primordial ooze (thus sparking evolution and creating life as we know it).

Stop United Airlines Flight 93 and United Airlines Flight 175 from taking off, the get them investigated.

I think that would make things better for a lot of people.

I wouldn't change anything, why? Because I do not know how it will alter the course of time. If I went back and killed Hitler, how do I know we will still enjoy the standard of living, and the technology we have now? Many of the things we take for granted now were developed or perfected during WWII and the subsequent Cold War.

I say leave the past alone.

Google shares.
That is all.

EDIT: Only because I wouldn't really have altered the past, as I would come back to the present and withdraw them then, without having interfered with the time line.

Maybe something from my own past, but world history would be interesting to mess around with.

The way I see it is that if you go back in time, technically you would have already been there because it happened in the past so if I did go back in time nothing would change at all. If you get my drift. But assuming this is a Terminator-esque type of thing going on I would go back in time and prevent Michael Jackson from doing that Pepsi commercial. Or something.

Apart from having read and seen enough time travel plots ot have serious doubts about changing things, I don't actually have much I would change. Sure I hated about half of my life so far, but that means I can better enjoy the rest of it.
