Poll: Zero Punctuation Song? (End of E3 2010 episode)

Rebecca Mayes is the second worst person on this site (first being Movie Bob); I can't make it through her muses, and the song was shit at best. I mean, seriously, I've heard that "melody" in just about every hippy-jam beat I've seen on TV or movies, and as for the lyrics, it should be something more like "I wish people cared about me. I wish I was relevant to gamers like you are. I wish I was funny. Is it OK? Is it OK? To ride your coattails?". Frankly, I'm not even much of a Yahtzee fan, sure I watch him, but he's been in a major rut as of late, and I would like to see him get behind a video game for reasons other than to just give it a verbal wedgie. Anyway, besides the song being crap, and her being a screaming hipster, can anyone actually tell me what her beef is?

I'm really, really surprised. People seem to have been unaware of this song before today, despite the fact Miss Mayes posted it on this very site less than a week ago.

It's sad, really, that people are so ignorant to the other great content available on the Escapist.

Right, but in the song she specifically mentions that he insulted some mystery woman and it pissed her off, and some other issues. Did Yahtzee insult her mother or something? And, speaking of her mom, I can only assume that the woman was tone deaf. And that that sort of thing's genetic.

I didnt like it maybe thats because I actually enjoy Zero punctuation and dont think of Yahtzee as a dick even though he mocks my country every other week, likes the beatles (worst band ever.) and didnt like all the games I do. Or maybe its because songs that are written solely to diss someone always piss me off. (regardless of who the target is or what genre it is)

I wasn't aware there was anybody who didn't, he's like Robert Downey Junior in that regard.

What could make him such a bad person?

He also insults men a lot, and the gaming world as a whole more often than most. My point is, who exactly has he insulted that specifically got under her skin? I've watched literally all of his videos from scratch and not once do I recall her name ever coming up.

I saw the song earlier and I thought it was funny. I figured Yahtzee would've put some sort of song of himself proclaiming how great he is today, instead of just copy pasting the song, but oh well.
