i would also have to say Oblivion. to me, it was as boring as the massive amounts of undeserved hype that it got. I honestly gave it a try..but...god damn...i just couldn't play it past 10 minutes.

CoD(any including MW), Final Fantasy, Army of Two. Oh and Devil may Cry and Resident evil. (note that it's not that I didn't like these games, its just that I never played them)

Final Fantasy. Try as I might, I can't see what is so great about the series. Outside the fact that, I'll admit, the Buster Sword is universally awesome, you couldn't get me to care about those games if you paid me and had me at gunpoint.

And the Tales series. I tried out Vesperia (if only to get my friend to fucking shut up about it), and I can safely say that I wish to be compensated those 10 or so hours I put into the game.

All of them. I'm so individual and cool that I can't get into any mainstream games. I'm into underrated titles like Bikini Samurai Squad. Awesome game. That's the point of this thread, right? So people can say stuff like that?
Whatever, I have quite low standards, but if something sells itself with high standards, I'll look at it differently. Wet had low standards so I went into it expected faults. Found faults. Carried on regardless and enjoyed myself. Ultimately, diving around shooting people with psychobilly playing in the background is fun.
But then games like Halo, say. Meant to be a landmark game so I judged it's on its own expectations. It didn't met up to them. I mean, it's just a shooter, right? Incredibly well polished, and as such was viewed as a the best of the first Xbox games when it came to showcasing the consoles abilities.
Does that make sense? Not really.

Oh GAWD, why did they do an MMO?
Do you have any idea how popular that was in Japan? A very, very smart move and the only MMO I've ever enjoyed. Massive scope for things to do and nigh on impossible to complete, and I know people who've tried. 75 Red Mage, 69 Dancer. Too busy having a life to level more, but to imply that SE making an MMO was a bad idea, is just a really daft thing to do.

I apologize for any grammar mistakes there. Pretty exhausted, can't be bothered to proof read or type properly.

Halo series
FF8 - waste of money, game is fucking boring and stupid, worst Final Fantasy I've played.
TF2
Starcraft
Star Ocean
Trying to get into Dragon Age, but it is pretty damn boring. I'm guessing it is just the beginning and setting up the story or something.

I could never get into FFXII for some reason. The battle system was just wonky to me.
I completely agree! I also didn't like the characters very much.

Also, most popular FPSs. It rusn out I just don't like them very much.

Bioshock, The Darkness, Call of Juarez, the majority of MMO's, Gears 1 and 2 (the multiplayer at any rate.)

I tried to get into all of them, I just couldn't manage it.

Not only could I not get into No More Heroes, I came to hate it with a fiery passion. It's just so damn boring, so damn dull, that I couldn't even force myself to complete it.

I wasn't necessarily a fan of the Half-Life games either. They're alright, but nothing special.

EDIT: I have no idea how I put "passage" instead of "passion."

Borderlands. Not bad, but the ending pissed me off to a degree where I was like "Fuck this shit".

Final Fantasy. I tried it one time, and I hate grinding outside of MMO's, so I was not pleased.

I couldn't get into Assassin's Creed after marathoning Fallout 3. I wanted to enjoy it, but going from F3 to AC was awkward and painful since it was less action-packed and put a stronger emphasis on pacifism (in that if you start any fights, you would get your ass ripped off).

Basically every FPS ever. I didn't like Halo and CoD never interested me. I didn't like Oblivion much either, just because the NPCs look like they're made of granite or some shit. Even WoW NPCs actually move like living things when you talk to them.

The Final Fantasy series (it was just so contrived and badly written), and the Halos (ditto).
