GAME MASTERS RESOLUTION TO THE JAGO/ROLAND CONFLICT
With a sudden boot to the face Jago manages to break free of Rolands grasp, quickly dashing up the burning stairs with Roland in hot pursuit. Jago quickly unfolds the crumpled piece of paper, trying vainly to memorize the contents, it appears to be a map of some sort, and he is unable to glean all the necessary information from it right away. Suddenly Roland is upon him, making one last grasp for the map. Jago tries to dodge out of the way but Roland is too quick as he manages to grab hold of the map, tearing it in two, taking the larger portion with him. Deciding to cut his losses rather than fight any further in the rapidly burning bar, Jago turns tail and dashes towards the nearest open window. He opens it, whistles and then leaps from the window onto the back of his trust steed Mercedes, making as rapid a getaway as he is able, the mysterious metal artifact and a small portion of the map in his possession, the other half safely with Roland.

I liked this solution the best of the two, I felt it kept you both in the game and on the right track.
sweet thanks! thats definitely a fair and exciting way to leave it. i like the way this is going, sorta, mystery adventure. wish i could see what i have. maybe a PM to describe what the metal object is, and/or whats on my scrap of the map so I can use these "clues" to solve the mystery and by this adventures victorious hero!
I'll be sure to send you that PM unless Roland feels the ruling was unfair, his was also good, but yours left him an opening and I thought it moved the story better.

Teafo, still dragging his newfound sheetmetal is suddenly struck by a thunderous explosion, and his sheetmetal window covering suddenly becomes about as wieldly as a parachute after landing. After being pulled to ground by his metal prize, he notices that his original assessment of the newcomers entering the bar as being very dangerous has become an understatement as the mercenaries flee from the exploding bar, with more than a few dropping from one last volley from a man who seems too drunk to stand let alone fight.
'I'd better get out of here quick,' Teafo mumbles to himself, stands up, and makes a hasty escape to the back of one of the abandoned jeeps. Climbing inside he hears voices coming his way, saying something about being the enemy of my enemy and decides to stay hidden for now. Teafo pulls his sheetmetal slab over him and makes sure to tuck in his bum arm just in time to feel the jeep rumble to life and start moving.

I hope it's ok that i interjected myself a bit more into the story by climbing into the jeep, possible comic first meeting between BlingCat, Alotak and myself

Killer left the bar, I assume to go back to his gun shop, J.Galt is koed, I have plans for him, kenny hasn't posted in awhile and he said he may not be able too so I'll just assume he ran at the right moment and Heliros is currently teaming up with KhediveRex and Legendel
I'm still here. Nothing to worry about! Rick has a very clever and well though out plan. As soon as Bartleby goes by he's going to tag along! Currently he's assuming the clever disguise of someone laying face down in the dirt. You may clap your hands and move your hats slightly fowards in aproval
