Arkham Asylum, SSBM and SW battlefront 2.
Arkham Asylum was brilliant. I cant wait for Arkham City.
Me 2. I'm more excited for that than uncharted 3, Mass Effect 3, Skyrim and yes, even Portal 2.
I cant wait for the arrival of Portal 2. I'm liking the fact that it has 15-20 hours of gameplay, but I think Co-Op is going to brilliant. I mean if you look at the front cover it's the co-op feature.

I absolutely LOVE Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, it was one of my first ps1 games and I have to congratulate it for being so wonderful with variation and origionality, but it also did scare the crap out of me, even though I'm sure the game wasn't trying to be scary.
I also agree about Shadow of the Colosus
Abe's Odyssee was amazing. I have a lot of fond memories of that game especially using mind control and controlling enemies.

Metal Gear Solid, Uncharted, Mass Effect 2, Castlevania Symphony of the Night, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Limbo and my latest "love" has to be Deus Ex, I just completed it for the first time. I knew I was onto something special after the conversation with Morpheus (the prototype A.I.), as to get to Morpheus you have to do a little exploring and then the conversation about judgement was really unexpected, even if the conversation loses it steam before the end.

Edit: The guy above me reminded me that STALKER, all of them, are also on my list.
Edit 2:...and Hitman series.

Nier, Deadly Premonition and Legacy of Kain series. Nier for story, characters and really sad moments. Deadly Premonition for humour and awesomely weird stories. And Legacy of Kain for everything, but the voice acting in particular. Seriously, I sometimes have the videos from the LP playing while I'm doing other things just to enjoy the voices.

MGS series is pure quality. I am looking forward to the new Deus Ex, it has a lot of promise. Such a shame its been delayed for a bit.

diablo games, command and conquer generals, audiosurf, legend of dragoon, xenosaga 1-3, disgagea 1-3, ogre battle( i converted a n64 and have it plugged into my computer)

i had all the pokemon games, but i decided to sell them so i could get the new one and dragon age 2

and yes i did take the time to edit software and combine hardware just to be able to play ogre battle on my computer.

Now that's a Question.. Final Fantasy 6 and 7 come to mind of great games. But ow whats the best. One I could easily go back to?

It will have to be Ace Combat: Squadron Leader

now there is a reason for this. It's the only game I have played completed then a few weeks later I did it again and again. Its the game I have gone back to the most out of all the 1,000+ games I own.

The Mass Effects, Shadow of the Colossus, Okami, and Beyond Good and Evil all hold a special place on my shelf and in my heart. Fantastic games all of them. Think I'll download Beyond Good and Evil HD today, I'd sell my soul for a sequel to that game.

I too am really looking forward to Human Revolution, as much as it saddens me that it has been delayed, I like to think that it gives time for the developers to give it some more polish, after all it has a lot to live up to.

MGS just eats my time, I can't sit down and play that game for half an hour or even an hour. It always ends up being 2 or more :/ guess the cutscenes don't help, most of them are epic anyway!

Freelancer to me was an under-rated gem. Lovely combat system! Gained/lost a freind when I somehow manage to take out his stupid little fighter with a sunkiller torpedo >D

This game was one of the reasons I would so looking forward to jumpgate evo.. shame they pulled the plug :(

OT : Disgaea 1 + 3 (wasnt a big fan of 2) were pretty awesome.

Do have fond memories of Mayhem in Monsterland and sleepwalker on the C64 though... whereever the hell it is in the loft...

All the Pokemon adventures (I own pretty much every single one except for Black and White), Medieval II Total War, Freespace 2, Red Dead Redemption (John Marston was the best character I've ever seen) and Ocarina of Time.

Knights of the Old Republic for the xbox, my most cherished game, alas, I lost it, I can only imagine it as the work of evil gremlins as I kept my games organized, damn you gremlins!
PS: The PC version doesn't work on my computer
