A simple question with many answers I'm looking forward to seeing.

If you could use any instrument as a weapon, whether it be magical, super-technological, or otherwise, what would you use?

My personal choice would have to be my Stagg B300! That or a Rickenbacker 4001 in flcl style.

You can sharpen a spoon and still play it, making it both an instrument and a stabbing/slashing weapon. Thats what I play, the spoons.

Wait...like actual instrument...a lute. Because of my hidden Bard love, and it would be humiliating to beat them with. That or a Ukulele.

Screw you, that was my answer.

I guess I'll just have to go with the Gibson EB0 then.

A Cello, because I used to play it, and I don't think you could find a classier assassin than one whose trademark was to kill people with Cellos.

I would do that special guitar from Dead rising 2 that you get when you combine an amp and a guitar. get some ear muffs and make it so it feeds back endlessly. Then burst zombies heads

Uhh...hmmm...*has to think*

I would think a Violin, using the music as a weapon to attack the eardrums of enemies. I also would probably use my drum kit to cause earthquakes.

Can I get a crane too?
I've only got a staircase, I'm afraid...

OT: A cathedral organ... way to go kill someone and sound absolutely epic while doing it... portability issues come to mind though...

Well in D&D all but 1 of my 4 characters have been rapier users, the weapon may be impractical (thin blade useful only for stabbing) I just find it so stylish.

The RYNO V from Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time played Tchaikovsky when you fired it. Does that count?

If it doesn't, I imagine you could hit someone pretty hard with a bassoon or something.

Would this be a good time to mention that I play the AK-47?

After watching Dr. Who lately I'd have to say a Sonic Screwdriver. It only does everything.
Except wood, chum.

How about a living weapon? Isn't the panther a living instrument of sleek predatory strength.
