Also: "His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world's population."
Sounds to me that the world thinks much more highly of Obama than the country itself. That second statement was a big one. If you ask me it pretty much says, "To lead the world he'll have to do what's best for the world at large. NOT what would be the best for the USA at times." If he can actually pull through with that then I would call it reason enough. But again like everyone else is saying he hasn't actually DONE much of it yet. I'm among the people with high hopes and continues supporting him but reward him for what he does, not for what he plans to do.
