"Yeah, that would be the best idea. He'd probably be somewhere cold, he can't stand any heat. The only place I can think of is Siberia. Unless he can fly, that's the only place he could go."
Sparrow crossed the room, and turned on Samuel's TV. The daily news was on.

Yesterday a plane crash was miraculously averted by ice. The right turbine sucked in a goose, and the plane went down beside the Chicago Airport. Just before impact, a layer of ice surrounded the front of the plane, softening the blow of the crash. In other news...
[Hello again.]
Aesis had gotten extraordinarily tired, he had convinced the owners of some Ma and Pa store to let him rest for a bit. When He awoke, the TV ha been left on the news.
Yesterday a plane crash was miraculously averted by ice. The right turbine sucked in a goose, and the plane went down beside the Chicago Airport. Just before impact, a layer of ice surrounded the front of the plane, softening the blow of the crash. In other news...
Bingo. Iceous had arrived [I just got that.... wooooowww...]. And right on schedule.
Ace decided to get on his way, if he was going to meet up with Iceous.
[G'day. For the storyline Samuel and I have set up (I'll fill you in about it later), we'll need you to find the rest of the group, or in other words Sarah, Emily and Patrick. We're all going to meet up again, but for the wrong reasons. And it won't be pretty.]
[Pretty much like I said to AllFather. You'll need to track down Patrick and Aesis, or somehow find them. After that, we're all going to converge on one event that'll lead us into the rest of the storyline.]
[That event will be to do with you Portal, you lucky fellow you. So in this case, refrain from the rest of the group finding you for now. You can try to find Portal, and chase up some leads but don't actually find him, if that makes sense.
We're all going to meet up remember, and just to clarify you all really hate Samuel and Sparrow.]
"This is taking too long," thinks Ace. He walks by a nearby stand, selling everything from post cards to bobble heads. Then he sees it. Perfect. His favorite color. He engages the owner in a conversation, then casually drops in the fact that he was going to take them, and convinced the guy to give them to him for free. He grabs the shades and puts them on. Reflective silver sunglasses. And if you look close enough, you can see his eyes flash to grey.
Doc strolled casually towards the electricity utility complex, adjusting his boiler suit as he did. It'd been Natasha's idea that he disguise himself although he really didn't see any need. Since this complex controlled all of the electricity for Russia, it was heavily guarded. He walked up to the first security checkpoint where an armed guard indicated him to halt. Doc did so. The guard walked over to him and asked for ID.
"I don't have any" Doc replied.
The guard looked confused and Doc took his chance. He grabbed the guards hand and stared into his eyes.
"You will let me pass. You will tell no-one"
The guards eyes glazed over and he nodded, moving aside to let Doc pass. Walking through the gate he continued on and encountered several more guards, using his powers to convince them he was an engineer. Eventually he made his way to the central control grid. Convincing all the personnel inside to go on a break, he opened his bag and took out several blocks of C4 explosive. Placing them at strategic points using a schematic that Natasha had provided him with, he adjusted them just so they were out of sight and attached remote detonators.
He made his way back out and once he was a fair distance away, took a remote detonator from his boiler suit pocket. Turning back to look, he flipped up the cover of the switch and flicked it. A loud rumbling sounded and the place erupted in a huge explosion. Around him, Doc smirked as streetlights went out one by one.
"Electricity is down. Natasha, move onto phase two" Doc spoke into a small microphone hidden into the collar of his boiler suit.
"Understood. #4 is in transit as we speak" said Natasha's voice as it came through his earpiece.
Doc frowned... He still didn't trust #4 being alone. He had a sneaking suspicion he'd leave the moment he was out of sight.
Sorry for the quick in and out of the complex, didn't see the point in posting every little interaction between.
Samuel looked at his watch, seeing that it was time for his task of destroying the oil-lines in Russia that led to the rest of Europe. He wouldn't do it. His cover was blown anyway. He looked at the newsreport. It showed the wreckage of the nose of the airplane. It was covered in ice. It didn't look like any other natural phenomenon. This had to be Iceous's work.
"In other news, a nation-wide blackout through Russia occurred this evening. At 6:00am local time an accident in one of the major power-plants was reported. The two occurrences seem to have a connection."
"Yeah, I've got quite a bit. My contact payed me in cash only. I've put it on a bankaccount. About ten grand on the account and another seven spread around my adresses."
"My line of work required me to drive with smaller and agile vehicles than cars. I know how to drive one, but I haven't got any in Chicago. And I've never found the time lately to drive one. Perhaps I'm a bit rusty."
"The first thing I did when I got back to America was help Sarah out with a little problem. Some ass was trying to put her into prostitution. Needless to say, I dealt with that problem swiftly. I didn't think he'd be in need of his possessions anymore, so I swiped his credit car and his motorbike."
He pulled out a credit card from his pocket, and showed it to Samuel.
"Twenty-four grand, plus the money I added to the account when I sold the bike. I'm fairly certain we can get two nice rides with around fifty grand, can't we?"
Chris B Chikin said:
If anyone hasn't yet seen the news and needs a reason to go to the airport in their search for Iceous, I've got an idea of how to influence you to go there.
[Oh. Do tell. Our storyline is leading us there. I'll PM you about it in a few seconds. If you can, set it up so everyone is led to him, but in the two seperate groups. Ok?]
[I know we haven't PM'd the rest of you about this yet, but only Samuel and I know right now. Doc and Chris know little details that will help them partake. We're not telling the rest of you so you can appreciate the epicness of the storyline when it happens.
AND ANOTHER HINT. I've posted it like five times now, but I'll say it again. AESIS, PATRICK, EMILY AND SARAH NEED TO MEET UP. Don't find Iceous. Yet.]
"The Flight to Seattle is now boarding" says the intercom at the airport. Ace had made it to the airport. Now, he had to find Iceous, which wouldn't be hard. He just had to look for the nearest freezer, and where would be a better place to look than the nearest fast food? Now, to weave through the crowd...
