Sarah sat in the drivers side of the car. She looked in the side mirror, Sparrow could be seen sitting in the back.

She quickly glanced over to Iceous. "Please don't call me Sparky. If you do, I'll burn you."

Sarah turned around and then spoke to Sparrow. "Are you feeling any better? Um.. Nod once for yes and twice for no."

 

[Dorian]

Jesus! Why is it that no one like it when I get affectionate? Bah. They can just deal with me as a stranger then.

Everyone was in, so Iceous drove off to the hotel.

Oh, I find it hilarious how Sarah threatens Iceous with death. LOLZ.

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow couldn't hear anyone speak to him. The ever so present voice in his head wouldn't cease it's incessant chatter.

Oi, dipshit. Do us a favour and grab a bite to eat will you? I'm fucking starving. You need to be checked out or something mate, your eating habit's ain't healthy.

Sparrow tried to concentrate on atleast trying to think. He tried to imagine pictures, words and letters. Eventually, he heard himself. But only barely. Although, he couldn't make out which voice was his, and which voice was the stranger in his head. He tried to concentrate again, and managed to speak.

Will you fucking shut it!, he finally managed to think.

Oi! Only I'm allowed to think in ere, dickhead!

Sparrow managed to determine the difference between the voice in his head, and his own voice.

Yeah, well make room. Your in my head after all. Who are you anyway?

Sparrow waited for a reply, but didn't recieve one. It seemed the voice had finally left.

Sarah never got a response from Sparrow. He seemed to be having some sort of inner turmoil going on. Sarah spoke louder. "Sparrow? Hello?!" Nothing.

She moved around in the seat and faced Sparrow. Once again she put her hand on his cheek. She smiled and spoke. "Sparrow. Are you ok?"

I'm guessing that voice in your head has a cockney accent? Because it's reminding me of the Hitcher from the Mighty Boosh XD

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow flinched when Sarah touched his face. He hadn't known how long he'd been talking to himself.

He instinctively went to speak, until he remembered he could not. He simply nodded to Sarah's question.

Sarah's smile grew as Sparrow nodded. He seemed to be getting better, but not by much. "I'm glad to see that you finally responded. I was starting to get worried, again."

I hope that you get your voice back soon Sparrow.

Is Lydia in the car? Because we're no longer at the lab site, we're driving to the hotel.

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow went to throw some form of insult, followed by a very strict talking to at Lydia, until he realised once more that he couldn't speak. He nudged Iceous, and tried to convey what he wanted to say to her through his hands. He seemed too pre-occupied with the driving to respond. Either that, or he didn't care.

Sarah looked at Lydia. She didn't like her, at all, and didn't trust her motives. "Will you actually fix him or will you try one of your idiotic experiments?"

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow nudged Sarah, and made out what appeared to an attractive female beating a woman in a lab coat. Iceous appladued his charades skills.

"Actually no, no its not." Sarah's skin grew hotter as she was beginning to get angry. "I used to trust your kind. Scientist. Saying that what you do is for the greater good, saying that what you do will help man kind. Nothing but lies.. all of it." Sarah breathed in and sighed. She lifted her hand up, and a small ball of fire lit in her palm. "I'm prototype number three, and if you try anything, or hurt any of my friends.. I'll burn you until theres nothing but ashes left."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow clapped his hands, and made the gesture of a wolf whistle.

That's right Sarah, tell her where to shove it!

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow gestured that Sarah should burn her to a crisp immediately, because he didn't want her touching him. Iceous again applauded his skills.

That course in the UIC really helped. Who knew half of Advanced Psychology was mainly hand related gestures?

Sarah gave Lydia a look of scorn as she made the fire recede. "Well I am what your fellow scientist made me", she said sarcastically. "I am who I am because of you people. I never chose to be this way. I was forced to be like this."

Sarah looked at Sparrow. "We're not sure. He became mute after transforming into a diamond state." Sarah smiled at Sparrow, signaling him to trust Lydia, at least for now.

"The repeated shifting between forms made his cells move apart. He just, began to fall apart." Samuel said, making Lydia aware of his presence. He had been staring out of the window, nursing a massive headache.

"That stopped after his last change. Iceous here," He gestured to Iceous "Lost his anomaly a few days ago."
