I like anime and video games, and can't get a date. I know my computer like the back of my hand and custom building PCs gives me a massive errection.

I love Avatar to teh point of nerdiness. I am cosplaying as a na'vi for a convention soon and have been working out like crazy to get into the right kind of physisce. i also have bought the "pandoran wildlife guide" and am learing teh na'vi language. I also opreordered the DVD release the instant that it became available, and picked it up from the video store as soon as it opened. I know my name, and the names of all my friends in Na'vi, and also know a few phrases. I know both the human names, and the na'vi names for all of teh creatures that were seen in Avatar as well, from the Thantor to the Leonuptrix. Basically... if it has todo with Pandora, i know it and love it (knowing the stuff actaully makes the movie a LOT better)
I have a similar passion with gundam, having memorized lines, bios and mech stats for a large number of suits. I also collect gundam models and put them togehter.
Star wars and star trek are lesser nerdy passions, but still fall into teh range of fans.
Basically, i find the realy world to be vastly overrated and like sinking into teh very depth and core of fictional worlds. That, and i like being nerdy, it is part of who i am! Hooray for nerds, long live the collective!

I own a vast collection of anime figures and Gundam models.

Something anime related always graces the background of my computer.

I own a ton of anime DVDs and over $600 worth of manga.

80% of my Zune is J-Rock and J-Pop. In fact, I'm currently listening to the Only My Railgun, the OP for To Aru Kagaku no Railgun.

I've watched almost 70 anime series to date. My favorite is Gurren Lagann which I have watched 7 times in its entirety. I've seen each movie at least 5 times.

I've played WoW.

I play Yugioh and Magic.

I'm currently trying to beat Resonance of Fate, Pokemon SoulSilver, Ar Tonelico II, Devil Summoner 2 and Zone of the Enders: the 2nd Runner. I've gotten at least 20 hours into each.

I've logged over 300 hours into Mass Effect.

I proudly wear my Pokewalker around campus.

I can usually be found toting around a Gurren Lagann messenger bag. Sometimes I wear my Black Knights military cap from Code Geass as well.

I have an encyclopedic knowledge of every character's combos in Blazblue. Though I play other fighting games a ton as well such as Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Guilty Gear, Soul Calibur, King of Fighters and Melty Blood.

My costume for next Halloween is Hazama from Blazblue who is my current avatar.

Luckily, most don't mind my nerdiness. If anyone calls me out on it random people usually shut them down soon afterwards. Hell, some of my friends have become fellow nerds after meeting me.

I bought a Sonic Screwdriver off eBay and try it on locked doors, and even though I know it won't work, it still bums me out when nothing happens.

Oh, and I'm planning to name my first born son Kratos. :3

The ONLY reason I can't do that is because I'm FEMALE! >:C

... and the fact that I find myself wanting pictures. Nerd-ness proven.

You have won my admiration. Oops, I think that just proved me a nerd.

(I just experienced internet funkiness, hope this doesn't double post).

Edit - it did double post! I blame the internet funk.

Before my trip to japan me and some freinds of mine, went on to google street veiwer and found the area they used for the setting of Persona 3... when we got to japan we spent an entire day walking around (in cosplay) the "Port Island" area listening to the right Persona 3 BGM in the right area.

top that

I spend what other people consider "outrageous" amounts of money on games, computers and merchandise. I also spend quite a bit of time on my computer every day.
that about sums me up right there. amongst other things. like..when im playing mario kart..i myself turn and swerve my body as if it were actually going to help. and oddly enough...sometimes it does...lol. oh..and i am able to recite full skits of monty python word for word, from either their movies or the tv show.

I have a 2000 points Warhammer 40k Orc army, painted every character on my own.
I am not able to do this anymore but when I was younger I could count up the 250 first pokemons (season 1 and 2)in the right order, 1, 2, 3... ... 250 (Bulbasaur, Ivysaur etc)

I despise everyone except the characters in books, comics in particular; If I could, I would spend my entire life reading new issues of Academy X or Ultimate X-men (Shut up, the Ultimate series has good characterisation. Plotlines? I'll admit, not so much)

I am so nerdy, that I am right now trying to prove other nerds how much more nerdier I am than them.

Also, I've been gaming since I was 8. All kinds of games, too.

I am so nerdy, that I got an A+ in English because of video games being in English. And I am Swedish.

All of the shirts in my closest have something to do with nerd culture in some way, shape, or form. I actually refuse to wear anything that does not. Also, I'm wearing a Star Wars T-shirt right now.
