Computer science major with a minor in Game development programming... at a liberal arts college.

I used to be a Star Wars encyclopedia. I was able to recite details about vessels, race origins/weaknesses/enemies, along with weaponry and technology and of course origins of characters and the like. There was nothing I did not know.
Then the prequels and New Jedi Order came out. After Darth Vader was revealed to be a whiny ***** and Chewbacca was killed, I promptly dropped Star Wars like it had announced it liked Twilight and never looked back. Now I know Horde WoW lore backwards and forwards, and am pondering learning to build my own computer so I can actually raid without my computer locking up like an angry girlfriend.
...and I finally found a couple of D&D groups and am beginning to memorize the rules for fourth edition so as to be either a great ally or great enemy for the groups. And I read...at last count about 50 webcomics on a regular basis, Jim Butcher has me frothing at the mouth until the next Dresden Files. And I visit this site daily. NERD!

I own 6 seasons of Star Trek: DS9 on DVD, I have 8 webcomics that I watch the RSS feeds for, I have played over 500 hours of Pokemon games alone, but most damningly of all, I am up at 3 in the morning posting this on the Escapist forums. Self-awareness ftw.
In any RTS i play i memorize every single unit and ability, i have read all of the lore behind the Warcraft series as well as the books, i have no problem spending over 50 hours on a single game, i have meorized almost every quest in WoW, and even though people try to talk me out of it, i'm still a enourmous pokemon fan. I think that'll be enough to prov i'm a nerd 
Somebody left their Student ID on the bus, I picked it up, contacted a buddy in China through MSN off my cell to get info off the net, within 5 minutes I had called her cell, home number, emailed her at 2 different addresses and finally got through to her by contacting her sister that she lives with, within 10 minutes she had her ID back.
