I think I'd actually give up gaming forever if this happened. I'm not hating on people who enjoy PC gaming, but I can't stand using a keyboard to control movement and I'm not spending £600+ on a rig when I can get an entire games library as well as a brand new console for that much.

I play several games on the PC with a 360 controller (the most comfortable controller since the SNES).


It'd be better to spend £300+ (what it costs for a decent rig minus monitor) than spent several hundred more on several consoles just so you can play your fave games due to exclusivity.

True enough, but I've never been bothered by exclusivity. In fact it's taken this long to get GoW on the 360. I buy consoles that are simply within the price range that I have at the time and play games I find fun, and have never found myself wishing I'd gone for another console because it has a certain exclusive on it.

the most logical explination is a port of mass effect and then bioware will reveal plans to release mass effect 2 on ps3, though I hate people saying "gears or halo", we don't need them, we have killzone and resistance, if you want them so badly buy a 360, anyway that's just my view

It won't be halo as that IP is owned by Microsoft.

Mass Effect makes the most sense actually.

While bioware had a very friendly relationship with Microsoft, their acquisition by EA means that the company no longer has any legitimate reason to stick with a console exclusive. Just as important, since ME2 will (allegedly) be coming out on the PS3, you need to ensure that your actually cultivate a fan base for a game that will likely trade largely on the strength of the original.

I'm glad, now the only thing that could make this better is if the 360 got a huge PS3 game. The idea of two groups of gamers fighting against one another because they're respective console's companies are fighting it out for the "biggest douche of the year" award is absolutely ridiculous. Console exclusives aren't that great at all in my opinion. The sooner this charade ends the sooner I can have one console with MGS4 and Halo 3 on it.

Hopefully it's Mass Effect. It's pretty much the best Microsoft has to ofter in my opinion. I only have a 360 but the more people that get into Mass Effect the merrier.

I'm sure it's Left 4 Dead. I doubt its Mass Effect, as Bioware have so many projects they are currently working on - and the game is meant to be a "popular" 360 game so that rules out any JRPG'S. It won't be Halo or GoW - so I assume it'd be Left 4 Dead - especially after Valve went back on their earlier comments...

How can it be Halo, jeez people talk about moronic speculation - Microsoft own's the Halo license, hench the fact Halo Wars was made by Ensemble...

Unlikely to be l4d valve have made it quite clear they don`t like working on the PS3 although EA published the orange box so maybe,but my vote goes with the original mass effect or an arcade game

My vote goes to Mass Effect.

I wish consoles would die and PCs would reign supreme. I'm sick of exclusivity. It's a stupid marketing ploy.

you call 5-9 games "an entire games library"? because you would only have enough to buy around that many games after you buy a system with only 600$. Also you can use controllers for many PC games too.

I've never been bothered by exclusivity, simply because I've generally always had all the consoles that come out. I still think it's a dull idea, however.
