I voted Super Mario Bros, but I also think Portal, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Fallout, Bioshock, StarCraft, Mega Man, and Halo could be interesting too. (mostly Portal)

There wopuld have to be something based on Mario but Katamari is a brilliant idea.
